With a walk of just 15 minutes you can reach the heart of the city (via Ugo Bassi, Piazza Maggiore, Via Indipendenza) perfect for its strategic location close to the central train station, reachable on foot in less than 9 minutes.

Completely renovated and finely furnished by a well-known Modena interior designer, Eleonora Gambuzzi, who designed the environment to ensure guests maximum comfort.

Ideal for short stays for two or three people.

The apartment is equipped to offer guests a pleasant stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

On your arrival our staff will welcome you to explain the operation of the equipment and for the delivery of the keys.

The check in of the guests, unless special needs that has to be communicated at the time of booking, can be made from 14.00 p.m. while the check out within 11.00 a.m..

However, we are very flexible and accomodating, we can easily agree on time to meet the guest needs.

On arrival we will ask guests for a photo of their ID to comply with national security regulations and provide, within 24 hours, registration through the service “lodged web” prepared for the recognized accommodation facilities.

TRANSPORTS – HOW TO MOVE:

The apartment is located in a strategic position, a short walk from the city center walls, easily accessible by car as there are no transit restrictions.

The central train station is about 900 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in a 10- minute walk.

Near the apartment buses stop no. 86, 18, 29 and 35.

We recommend our guests to download the mobile apps “MOOVIT” (for public transport) and “Mobike” (for rental of bicycles scattered in various parts of the city) which are very easy and intuitive.

For those arriving from the airport you can reach the apartment by taxi or by bus to Bologna Centrale and from here the line 35 (direction Ospedale Maggiore) getting off at stop “Malvasia”.

PARKING:

Near the apartment there are many paid parking lots marked by blue stripes and subject to an hourly rate during the day (excluding holidays). The ticket can be purchased at any retailer, but we recommend to download the mobile app “Easy Park” from which you can easily pay and manage your parking by entering the vehicle plate.

There is the possibility to park also in the garages of Via Tanari (in Via Tanari 10 minutes walk from the apartment) and in the multi-storey car park Riva Reno in Via del Rondone (7 minutes walk).
