Battisti Attic

Charming open space apartment in the heart of the city of Modena, a few minutes from the Duomo and Piazza Grande. The attic with bare beams is completely renovated and furnished with modern furniture designed to ensure maximum comfort to guests.

You will experience a very romantic atmosphere, from bed you can see very close the top of the famous tower Ghirlandina lighted up at night.

The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, is ideal for short stays for two or three people.
Guests will have the entire space at their disposal.

The apartment is equipped to offer guests a pleasant stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

On your arrival our staff will welcome you to explain the operation of the equipment and for the delivery of the keys.

The check in of the guests, unless special needs that has to be communicated at the time of booking, can be made from 14.00 p.m. while the check out within 11.00 a.m..

However, we are very flexible and accommodating, we can easily agree on time to meet the guest needs. 

On arrival we will ask guests for a photo of their ID to comply with national security regulations and provide, within 24 hours, registration through the service “lodged web” prepared for the recognized accommodation facilities.

TRANSPORTS – HOW TO MOVE:

The accommodation is located in the ZTL area (limited traffic area not accessible by car).

For public transport we recommend the mobile app “MOOVIT“, practical and intuitive.
The central train station is 850 metres away, easily reachable on foot with a 10 – 15 minute walk.

Near the apartment buses stop no. 11 (coming from the station), 13 (for Baggiovara hospital) and 6 (for bus station).

PARKING:

Modena and then easily reach the apartment.

• Parking of the centre – novi park: pay and display parking is 600 metres away (8 minutes on foot), you can see rates on the website.
• Near the apartment there are many pay and display parking spaces marked by blue stripes and subject to an hourly rate during the day (excluding holidays): Corso Cavour, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Via Sgarzeria, Via Sant’Orsola and neighboring areas that are distant, on foot, less than 5 minutes.

For parking, we recommend to download the mobile app “Easy Park” from which you can easily pay and manage your parking by entering the vehicle plate.

THE AREA: 

Convenient location for atmosphere and location.

At less than 30 meters we find the heart of Modena: Piazza Grande and the Ghirlandina, UNESCO site for historical, archaeological and cultural interest.

The military academy in Piazza Roma is less than 100 metres away. In the vicinity you can walk through the prestigious streets Farini and Via del Taglio or go shopping in Via Emilia center.

Less than 350 metres away is the Pavarotti Freni theatre, where world-famous opera singers and Modenese singers of origin (or adoption) have trod: Luciano Pavarotti, Mirella Freni, Nicolai Ghiaurov and Raina Kabainvanska.

Near the apartment you will find a supermarket (via Cavour), a cinema, the Albinelli market and many clubs, bars and shops.
